The making of a stronger and more durable combination of carbon fiber composite material.

Carbon fiber composite products are limited by their compression strength. It is compression strength that has decisive effect on the design of rod. To overcome the breaking of rod, we have reinforced the weaves of carbon fiber.

To solve this problem, a a resin with high concentration of uniformly dispersed nanoparticles was utilized to make a stronger composite. In Matrix Resin Technology, these nanoparticles are so tiny that they can uniformly surround and support the carbon fibers, significantly increasing the shear modulus of the resin, and effectively delaying the micro buckling of the carbon fibers.

Prepared with Matrix Resin technology feature revolutionary proprietary resin systems containing nano-sized spheres of silica, so small, they are able to flow between individual filaments of carbon fiber, creating a matrix of strength throughout the entire composite. The resulting material is not only incredibly strong and durable, but also lighter in weight and more responsive.

Producing stronger, lighter and more sturdy composite material with 3M reinforced resin matrix is the most important element to complete the form of improved ‘carbon fiber prepreg’ (Preimpregnated Materials, sheet product of the Matrix pre-impregnated carbon fiber) that has curing temperature of 120C.

Egging is compared to other genres of saltwater fishing for its high external stress applied to the blank and high fatigue. silica nano matrix resin prepreg  material enable to produce strong and sturdy,  plus sensitivity blank suitable for egging. It will bring another innovation to the genre of eging fishing.

Abandoned 46 tons ultra high modulus material for saltwater lure blank is now combined with Powerlux and upgraded with tough strength on top of elesticity sensitivity.

  1. Blank structure (mechanism):

- HEXA CROSS CONSTRUCTION: It combines hyper – elastic 4 axis cloths to the helical core construction. It strengths the instant power and reduces the loss of power which comes from the performance of the rod.

It realizes the equal distribution of stress on all sides of the rod and resists well against the stress. The rod will give you the accurate casting. You can handle the rod as you want during casting, hookset and fighting.

- Supermicro high-density carbon method (SHD) applied: designed closer to the pure carbon.

SHD is a high performance method which eliminates the wasted space of interlayer from multi materials and reduces unnecessary resin to increase power and lightness.

Designed focusing on the balance. Relatively short blank enables easy jerking with little effort.

The rod is able to cast  #3 ~ 4 egi with the blank’s rigidity and characteristics of high modulus carbon ensures to detect even the slightest bite.

Excellent for eging in a confined space like on a boat.  Despite its short length, it casts far enough to be quite useful on the sea rocks and jetty.

Due to the short blank, excellent control power allows the angler to freely control the actions of egi lure.

This is the model with all-around versatility.

The lightweight high elastic blank provides the best casting condition and boasts super long distance casting.

Although the blank is thin and sharp, incredibly strong waist and elasticity easily handles giant squid.

Handles #3-3.5 standard size egi under normal conditions and is able to control #4 egi in almost all situations.

The best choice for the angler who needs an all-around model.

Designed to approach further target by adding stiffness to a longer blank.

An egi size 3.5-4 can be casted easily and able to appeal to the squids hiding in the structure from far distance. Hold the power to control any big calamari/cuttlefish whilst being able to jerk the rod comfortably.

Employing light blank and guide extremely suppresses front tipping and shorter length between the butt enables good control with a long rod.

Striking with a longer rod provides and maintains enough falling time to present the squid by adding big change in the vertical action of egi.
