H.I.P. Manufacturing Method (Heat Integration Process)
The raw yarn is made of ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber "IZANAS®" from the global brand Toyobo. It is densely knitted by micro-pitch braided processing, and each raw thread is adhered to by special heat treatment.
This increases roundness, creates firmness and firmness that was not possible with conventional PE, and greatly improves wear resistance, which was a weak point.

Greatly increased wear resistance
As a result of measuring the number of times the No. 1 line breaks by repeatedly rubbing a square file (#800) at a constant speed with a load of 45 g of lead, the value is about twice that of conventional PE.
This not only rubbs against the sinking roots and guides, but also the fluffing of the finger area and the color fading caused by repeated use were drastically reduced.
Improved roundness
Since each raw thread is in close contact, the resistance during casting is reduced and the distance is increased. In addition, the thread noise caused by friction with the guide is suppressed.

Moderate firmness and firmness
Because it has firmness, troubles during casting are drastically reduced. The water is good, and the egg can sink more naturally, making it possible to minimize the shakri resistance caused by thread dandruff on the line.
Sensitivity UP!! & Operability has been greatly improved
The elongation of 100m with a load of 1kg is 44.4cm compared to the conventional PE 86.3cm.
Sensitivity greatly increased by reducing elongation by about 2 times. Direct operability brings out 100% of the lure's original performance.
