Shipping & Returns
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
When using the Iso Fishing Lifestyle (IFL) website, you agree to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions of this website. These include terms, conditions disclaimers, notices, restrictions and variations. Your use of this website confirms you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
How to claim a refund
If you need to return an item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the reason for the refund and we will get back to you as soon as possible to process your refund claim. If you are unsure or would like to talk to us before returning your item please do not hesitate to contact us.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept any item that has been used or damaged. When an item is accepted for return the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling costs. All refunds will be made in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST. If you are an international client we cannot guarantee the exchange rate at the time of refund. Refunds do not include those items that on clearance, sales or used items.
If the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. IFL owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error. If an item(s) received is not what you ordered please do not open the packaging. If you attempt to use the incorrect item or open it's packaging this can be deemed as you accepting the item and you may not have any further claim. If there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the error as quickly as possible.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In most situations refunds take 5 - 10 days. Credits will be refunded using the same method you used for payment on your order.
When you return an item it must be carefully packaged. Please remember to send it freight paid and insured. The item is your responsibility until it reaches IFL. If you would like advice on the best method of return from your location please phone or email us and we can assist.
All exchanges must be organised within 2 weeks from the time of delivery. Items must be unopened and exchanged with all tags attached and items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used or damaged. Before sending the item in for an exchange, please contact us prior to sending, in order to confirm that the exchange can be done. For all exchanges, handling and shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
In the case where the exchange is for a item of lesser value, a refund will not issued for the difference. Exchanges will be not accepted for items that are on sale, clearance or used items.
IFL is an Australian based business and which primarily deals with customers from Australia but if you are an international customer, we can organise to ship the product overseas. Please leave us an email if you wish to do this.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page if it is not listed please contact us and we will get back to you. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Orders that are processed after 12pm will be sent the next day.
Isofishinglifestyle ships out orders through express services which are usually 1-3 business working days for metropolitan areas. Orders to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasnmania which require us to post through a courier service will take 4 - 10 working days depending on the area. Orders under 3kg will be posted through Australia post pre paid express satchels across Australia. If in the case that a bulky item is ordered the order will be sent out through a courier service.
Once the order has picked up or dropped off to the courier service, although we will try our best we no longer hold responsibility of the order once it is in the hands of the courier. For extra cover or insurance, please contact us prior to making the order.
Customs, duties & tax
Isofishinglifestyle does not take responsibility of any addition charges incurred during the shipping process from customs, duties, tax or any additional fees. Please check the policies and legistlation before purchasing.
IFL reserves the right to make changes to this website, the terms and conditions of use, including offers, special prices and discounts or any other details at any time without prior notice.
As we stock a large amount of stock and have retail shops, the available stock may not be updated as soon as we run out. Although we attempt to update our online store to keep it updated with real life stock levels, updates may be up to a week delayed.
International shipping brand restrictions
Note that due to our contractual agreements we can not ship items from the following brands internationally:
- Shimano (Shimano Australia Pty Ltd)
- ZENAQ fishing rods
