The areas to be improved are diverse, including drive gears, worm shafts, worm shaft pins, worm shaft gears, and sliding gears. We have realized smooth rotation performance in a new dimension and winding with quietness.

【Small and medium-sized general-purpose reels】
For small- and medium-sized general-purpose spinning, which requires lighter rotation, we have focused on a non-contact structure so as not to impair the lightness of rotation. In addition to the conventional water-repellent treatment, the labyrinth structure that suppresses water penetration is combined to achieve high waterproof performance while being non-contact. It is used in stopper bearings, line rollers, etc.
【Large reel for salt water】The large spinning reel, which requires higher waterproof performance,
adopts a contact type waterproof structure. By physically cutting off the entry path of seawater with a low-sliding type sealing member, high waterproof performance has been achieved while suppressing rotational resistance. It is used in the stopper bearing part and the line roller part, and the stopper bearing part in particular achieves the waterproof standard IPX8 equivalent.

A sliding function component for moving the spool back and forth is placed on the upper part of the reel body, and the center of gravity of the entire reel is successfully brought closer to the hand. This improves the sense of unity with the rod, reduces casting fatigue, and improves rod operability.

Spools with a special spool ring shape. This creates a line rectification effect, suppressing line troubles and achieving both long-throw performance.

By applying a special anti-rust treatment to the bearing itself, the durability against rust has been greatly improved. The S A-RB is also sealed with rust-proof material on the sides, which greatly reduces salt gami due to salt recrystallization inside the bearing.
