Our loyalty program is designed to reward our valued customers with points for their purchases and engagement. These points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive offers, and special privileges.

You can earn points by making purchases, referring friends, signing up, following us on social media, and more. Each activity has its own point value, which contributes to your total points balance.

Joining is easy! Simply sign up on our website to become a member. Once registered, you will start earning points on eligible activities.

You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website. Your dashboard will display your current points and recent activity.

If you return a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your points balance.

You can refer a friend by sharing your unique referral link available in your account. When your friend makes a purchase using your link, both you and your friend will receive points.

Currently, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Our loyalty program has several tiers, including IFL Essential, IFL Priority, and IFL Exclusive. Each tier offers unique benefits and rewards. The more points you earn, the higher the tier you can achieve.

Pretty much all of our products are eligible to earn points, however, there are some rare exclusions such as: gift cards, spare parts, warranties and some custom items.

Additionally, we reserve the right to exclude points from being earned on certain products at our discretion.
