Ripple Fisher's jigging rod series "Selfish" will be renewed from 2020. The new models will be released with three spinning models and two baits, each model developed with a new concept. The three models of the previous models, 613S, 614S, and 597S, are positioned as vertical main models, and the three new spinning models are classified as NS (Natural Swim) that supports diagonal pulling, and the two new bait models are classified as SEB (Sensitive Bait).
These new additions are designed to address the current intricately fragmented jigging scene, and have been refined to ensure that actions such as bouncing, swimming, and moving jigs can be sublimated into the appeal of "eating." Of course, the slender, lightweight, sharp handling sensation that is the personality of the self-fish, the strong bat power that is contrary to the feeling of use and the feeling of use are further sharpened.

jerk method, high response bait model that is easy to simply put movement into the jig. A technical model specialized in operation with a loose pace that takes advantage of the advantages of the bait model with a nimble feeling of use.

614S / 597S
It is a model that is easy to operate jig by switching from high pitch to one pitch and short to long jerk with vertical jigging in the standing state as the main character. It does not lose its high sensitivity performance even when high-speed jerking.
This is a rod bend comparison with models from PE2 class to PE4 class of the Selffish series with a static load of 1 kg. Models with PE4 or higher are subjected to a static load of 3 kg and displayed below. The Self Fish NS is a model that emphasizes swimming action, and it is designed to bend the tip and berry for bat power, as it will be the type of rod that puts action at the belly's waist without playing too much jig with the tip. The bait model, the Selffish SEB, has a certain amount of tension on the tip and can handle fine actions, but it has a general-purpose performance that can be washed with the belly waist depending on the angle. The previous basic model can handle from high-pitch short jerks to one-pitch jerks, but it is designed with vertical jigging mains, and if the line is too oblique, tension is likely to fall out.

Even in a jig of ~220g, it is possible to put crisp action that takes advantage of the bat power and increases the initial speed.
It is a model that is easy to simply put movement into the jig by pursuing high response and high sensitivity performance that senses the tide pressure, the sticking of the fish, the chase during the fall, and immediately leads to the action of feeding.
It also strengthens bat power, controls the intense running of large fish that plunge into rough roots and fishing reefs, and can forcibly peel off 10 kg class hiramasa with powerful resilience and reeling.
