The CB One MB1 semi-long is a metal jig that is highly effective in situations where small baits such as pilchards and whitebait are densely packed under the surface of the water, and in luring in the bait ball under the surface of the water. The symmetrical body causes the same action for both jerking and falling makes it easy to cut in the direction of movement whether it is raised or lowered, and invites you to half-slide at a medium distance in a school of bait.
The four sides of the lure have a flickering action from the narrow body shape allows anglers to match the baitfish profile effectively. The MB1 is effective in situation when the baitfish are present and the lure needs to be worked in a smaller area as the lure will maintain the desired location and strike zone more accurately compared to other lures.
Real bait action
Immovable weakness fall.
When you drop the MB1 up and down, it changes the angle diagonally and develops a mid-range backslide action while striking flat. As soon as the propulsion subsides on the lift or fall, it loses its strength, and it continues for a long time between predation with a dead fall motion on the drop. A weakened bait that is chased by the target and repelled from the school and floats in the water is realistically reproduced.
[Basic operation]
A natural and free fall action to the desired depth of bait reaction, and one pitch of soft rod work with jerk. Work the lure up and down and it corresponds to both operations which requires minimal effort for the angler.
[About hook setting]
Using a spinning reel the jerk action has a high probability of tangling the leader with the rear hook, so it is recommended to use the MB1 it only with the front assist hooks. When using an overhead combo, it is OK to attach both the front and rear hooks.
