SMP Performance for Maximum Strength, Durability & Control

Built with advanced VARIVAS SMP fibers, SWIMBAIT PE SMP X8 delivers the strength and reliability needed to cast large, heavy swimbaits with confidence. Its exceptional durability minimises the risk of break-offs, while the supple, smooth construction provides precise lure control for a more natural presentation and improved strike opportunities.

Outstanding Abrasion Resistance & Smooth Handling

A proprietary VARIVAS coating greatly enhances abrasion resistance, helping the line withstand contact with heavy cover, structure, and hard-fighting trophy fish. The specialized coating also improves line management on the reel and promotes smoother line flow during casting, reducing friction and minimising the risk of backlash.

Signature Dark Grey Colour

The exclusive Dark Grey colour offers the perfect balance of visibility and stealth. Above the water, it is easy to track line position and casting angle—even in bright, backlit conditions. Below the surface, it remains low visibility to wary fish, helping maximse stealth and presentation.
