Metal jigs are widely employed in various types of fishing, and are fundamental components of modern lure games. Metal jigs have been increasing in popularity over the years, discovering that two actions are essential to the light game genre: backslide and fluctuation fall. This sparked the idea for the Breaden BI-SLIDER 10g, which combines both of these motions, allowing for diverse use based on the situation. Specifically, the rear heavy setting enables a self-propelled backslide, plus lift-free fall; the front heavy setting enables a medium-paced retrieve-tension fall that is highly attractive to snapper, mackerel, tailor, trevally and salmon.

Beginning at the same 10g slide speed, Breaden BI-SLIDER's narrower slide width provides a perfect action for skittish fish and shallower bodies of water. Maximise casting distance with a slow-rise and 1m fall, just below the surface. Most bites occur during the freefall - if the fish aren't responsive, reverse the retrieve and work the lure just beneath the surface. Fish from the bottom during the day, creating a big hop and freefall to trigger a reaction.

Weight setting for short-distance fishing, such as in the evening or shallow areas. For night fishing in harbours, a fluctuating tension with a front-heavy setting works best. Reel slowly, allowing the weight to fall directly. Think of it as a "jig head + worm" and aim for the bottom of the current. Move it close to you, then let it drop to the bottom. This jig will come in handy when the fish become active and rise. Use a rear-heavy setting with fast twitching, and perform a narrow-pitch twitch or free fall in the mid-water. To fish from the bottom, try a jerk-initiated free fall for maximum efficiency.
