We reviewed the basic design of the entire body and drive-related parts one by one, and thoroughly eliminated fine play, gaps, and vibrations between parts down to the smallest detail. The areas to be improved are wide-ranging, including drive gears, worm shafts, worm shaft pins, worm shaft gears, and slider gears. A new level of smooth rotation performance and quiet winding comfort have been realized.

To the extreme of line emission.

Evolved SUT brake, an innovative mechanism that prevents the steering wheel from rotating in the reverse direction when the line is released. The SUT Brake II, which pursues further performance improvement and has improved steering wheel behavior, achieves extremely smooth line emission. You will be able to instantly regain your posture when interacting with large fish.

Rotational inertia is reduced and rotor rigidity is strengthened.

A magnum light rotor that uses an asymmetrical rotor structure to achieve a different level of rotational lightness in search of improved operability and sensitivity. Furthermore, we have succeeded in reducing the rotational inertia by reducing the weight of the line roller, making the bale titanium, and optimally arranging the rotor wall thickness.

[Small and medium-sized general-purpose reel] For small and medium-sized general-
purpose spinning that requires lighter rotation, we stuck to the non-contact structure so as not to impair the lightness of rotation. In addition to conventional water repellent treatment, a labyrinth structure that suppresses water intrusion is combined to achieve high waterproof performance even though it is non-contact. Used in stopper bearings and line rollers.
[Large reel for salt water]
A contact type waterproof structure is used for large spinning reels that require higher waterproof performance. By physically cutting off the path of seawater intrusion with a low sliding type seal member, we have achieved high waterproof performance while suppressing rotational resistance. It is used in the stopper bearing part and the line roller part, and the stopper bearing part in particular has achieved waterproof standard IPX8 equivalent.

A new carbon material that evolved the lightweight carbon material CI4. The rigidity and durability have been greatly improved while maintaining the lightness, making it possible to reduce the size and weight of the reel.

By applying a special anti-corrosion treatment to the bearing itself, the durability against rust has been greatly improved. The sides of S A-RB are further sealed with a rust preventive material to significantly reduce salt shavings due to salt recrystallization inside the bearing.

Succeeded in manufacturing a completely seamless integrally molded veil. It looks beautiful and is trouble-free.
