Luring the fish with a variety of actions without changing the lure

One plug, four actions

Whether shore or offshore, an angler can only cast one lure at a time.

If that lure can be used as a diving pencil, as a slim popper that draws bubbles, or as a minnow that swims just below the surface of the water, depending on how it is operated, it would be possible to lure out fish with a variety of actions without having to change lures.

Ultimately, we want a lure that can be used to "attract attention," "make them chase," and "make them eat" with different actions in one cast. BnD is the embodiment of that idea.

What are the four actions?

A diving jerk makes the lure's lip work to create a wobble dive. A short jerk that takes line slack into account pulls a lump of bubbles underwater for a bubble popping effect. A long jerk with the bubbles firmly set in creates a straight bubble slalom. Furthermore, if you set the hook to be front heavy, a slow retrieve will make the lure swim like a minnow.

Product Specifications

Weight: 91g
Lure type: Floating diving pencil

Features

BnD ( BUBBLE and DIVE) was born to aim for blue fish from the shore.

A diving pencil that manipulates bubbles.
Its biggest feature is its strong appeal.

Indicator head that visually lets you know when you can manipulate the bubbles

The cup lip combines the popper cup and minnow lip to create a wide action with bubbles.

Body line that controls stable flight attitude

Extra-thick body for safe use on rocks and offshore

The extra-thick 1.8mm penetrating wire is further reinforced with spot welding for offshore monsters.

A critical hit with a strong jerk that increases the speed of the dive to the maximum.

“The Power of Foam” is extremely effective even offshore! The bubbles that remain there for as long as possible serve as a bite marker, alerting fish dozens of meters below with sound and light.

The unique shape makes it difficult to misdive, making it easy to use even in shore fishing.

It has good water bite, so it is good for rocky shores with high footing

Changing the timing of the jerk will change the action.

Take advantage of the power of bubbles that attract fish!

What is Neon Paint?

Neon paint during the day when the sun is strong

As a result of considering a method to increase visibility even when wearing polarized glasses during the day when the amount of ultraviolet rays increases, we adopted a painting method that uses ultraviolet rays to emit light on the lure itself to increase visibility.

Have you ever had a white shirt or T-shirt glow pale in a dimly lit environment such as a haunted house or club? We apply that principle to lure painting.

A functional coating that anglers who value the visibility of lures should definitely try is GOOD BAIT's neon coating.

The back is also reflective, and the holoback continues to shine

The idea is the opposite of
flickering, which is to make the most of sunlight and continue to reflect it underwater. The possibility of appeal that continues to shine.

Two performances that we focused on to make it chase well and eat properly

A dive with an extremely short travel distance that closes the distance while letting you chase.

Any lure is fine when the fish is biting anything. I wanted a diving bait that could show its true potential when it is not. The key is the distance traveled.

Yellowtail and amberjack sometimes chase lures, but sometimes they do not close the distance between them. In such cases, if you use a pencil bait with a large one-jerk movement distance, the lure will move away from the fish, and as a result, the fish will not be able to eat it all the way to their feet.

The diving action of the BnD is not a straight trajectory that mainly rolls, but an energetic wobble like a traditional minnow plug. In a word, it is a wobble dive.

With the same one-jerk, the lure itself moves with the same amount of energy, but the BnD moves in a zigzag trajectory that swings its head left and right instead of a straight trajectory, which results in a lot of action within a short distance while consuming energy, and successfully shortening the movement distance per one jerk.

So the design is such that when the yellowtail starts chasing the lure as usual, keeping its distance from it, it will quickly catch up with the lure, thereby increasing the chances of it biting.

Bubble popping to pull in bubbles

Topwater plucking has matured due to the recent pencil bait boom, and the difference between lures that can catch fish and lures that cannot catch fish has become clear. Among them, old-fashioned wood lures continue to produce good fishing results, and what makes them so valuable is the high buoyancy of the material and the appeal of the bubbles created by the buoyancy, which increases the chance of the lure coming into contact with the air. yeah.

Lure manufacturers have noticed this phenomenon and are using a slim popper with a small diameter like a diving pencil to create a popper that takes advantage of the popper's cup to draw bubbles while also having a slim silhouette like a pencil bait that makes it easy to bite. is making.
However, since it has a structure that produces a splash on the water surface, it is a popper, not a pencil bait.

BnD does not make a splash on the water surface. Strictly speaking, the operation method allows you to make a splash on the water surface, but BnD, which has a low buoyancy design that brings the buoyancy close to the specific gravity of the water, has a troublesome time waiting for the lure to float, so there is no opportunity to use it like that. There will be few. I guess this kind of use is for slow-jerk lures aimed at tuna.

Rather than that, BnD is targeting bubbles that are drawn into the water. The tip, which slightly floats on the water surface, has a deep cup that makes it easy to grab bubbles, and even during continuous high-pitched diving jerks, the bubbles are firmly drawn into the water, ensuring that the surrounding area of the lure is clearly recognized in wide seas.It ensures white sparkling bubbles underwater. to occur.

BnD is not a popper. A diving pencil that can perform various actions. However, among its various actions, it is a pencil bait that can perform popping and diving actions that generate fine bubbles that stay underwater for a long time.

Perfectly compatible with strong jerks that make uninterested fish the lure.

No current. Lack of Bait. Weak appetite.
There's no need for negative words like that. Just make them chase with your reaction
. If they're there, make them chase and bite. We aimed to create a unique lure that can do that.

Strong jerk to increase the speed when entering the water

Put all your strength into the jerk at the moment of diving, put as much speed as possible on the rod tip, and increase the speed at the moment when the lure dives to the maximum. For convenience, I expressed it as strong jerk. Anyway, it means increasing the moving speed of the lure.

When you are targeting amberjack on a remote island in the ocean where fish are abundant, you will be surprised at the remarkable difference in the fish's reactions.
They are always fish eaters, and the more escaping baitfish panic and swim faster, the more they hunt down and prey on them.

I want to make it compatible with violently strong jerks.

The deep cup that grabs air and sends it underwater is installed at the back of the darter-shaped face design that realizes stable diving action regardless of the height of the foothold or the distance from the water surface. Therefore, no matter how violently or forcefully you jerk it, the BnD will grab both water and air and dive firmly underwater.

Hook Setting

The recommended treble hook is Gamakatsu's SP-XH #4/0 (about 7g). #5/0 (about 9g) is also often used. It can be equipped with relatively large hooks such as Owner Bari's ST-66 #3.5/0 and Vanfooks CT-88 #4/0. The ring is combined with Katsuichi's Heavy Class #9 and Owner Bari's Ultra Wire #9.

We have confirmed that it can barely float up to BKK's Raptor Z #5/0 (approx. 11.6g). It has a body that can be equipped with a large hook, which is safe considering its size of 18 cm. *However, there may be slight variations depending on the ring, connection fittings, and environment in which it is used.

Single hooks and twin hooks can be used comfortably with short shank hooks without tangles.

Indicator head for visual control of bubbles

BnD180F uses head paint with all-color fluorescent coating. This is a functional coating that allows the angler to accurately capture the timing when aiming to pull in bubbles or make the fish swim with a wide action.

If you want to make a strong impression by drawing in bubbles and leaving a trail of the lure in the water, make sure that the indicator head is properly floating above the water before performing any rod operations such as jerking. By doing so, you should be able to draw the bubbles into the water with a high probability. The amount of bubbles drawn in can be adjusted by the degree of lift of the indicator head and the strength of rod operation.

On the other hand, if you want to make the lure swim more firmly than the bubbles, or do a wide slalom or wobble dive, operate the rod at the timing when the indicator head is above the water or not.
