This precisely balanced surface pencil has an extremely pronounced walk-the-dog action with an enticing clicking sound as it walks. You can walk it with vertical twitches tip up or in the more traditional style, tip down. Best fished with a loop knot allowing for unimpeded and seductive side to side swim action.
