A handmade, high end Japanese stickbait which is easy to swim. Whether you're winding, twitching or giving the lure a long sweep, the lure will swim in various conditions. 

◆Basic actions

The RilaNa can be swum simply by a straight winding action.

◆Technical action

① Reeling speed variations: This lure can handle dead slow, slow, medium, and high speeds, so try varying the reeling speed throughout a single retrieve to entice the fish. Sudden changes of speed variations and pauses are also very effective.

Example: High-Middle-Slow-Pause-Middle-Dead Slow → Middle-High-Sudden Stop~

② Reeling + Strong Jerks & Twitches: Occasionally, try making the lure slide underwater with jerks while varying your reeling speed. The key to sliding is to use stronger, more impactful short jerks than usual and make them quick! This might be difficult with a rod that's too soft.

◆Important matters

If the lure's swimming action becomes uneven when reeling, check the condition of the toe point at the front of the lure and adjust the toe point before attaching the lure with pliers to maintain centre balance if it's not straight.

For optimal performance and a better swimming action, RST Supply recommend using single hooks for the RilaNa 180. The lure's movement can change significantly depending on the hook setting, causing it to lose its natural swimming action. RST Supply recommend using hooks within ±0.5g of the above hook weight. However, this may vary depending on the weather.
