For small- and medium-sized general-purpose spinning that requires lighter rotation, we have stuck to a non-contact structure so as not to lose the lightness of rotation. In addition to the conventional water-repellent treatment, by combining a labyrinth structure that suppresses water penetration, high waterproof performance has been realized even though it is non-contact. It is used in stopper bearings, line rollers, etc.

A contact type waterproof structure is adopted for large spinning reels that require higher waterproof performance. By physically cutting off the approach path of seawater with a low-sliding type sealing member, high waterproof performance has been realized while suppressing rotational resistance.
